Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Structural Engineer at NOTAZ in Melbourne, VIC. As a Civil Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for performing civil engineering design and structural analysis tasks. You will collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting structural engineering calculations, analyzing and reviewing design plans, managing projects, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering Design and Structural Analysis skills
• Strong knowledge of Structural Engineering principles
• Over 3 years of experience in structural engineering
• Experience in Civil Engineering projects
• Excellent project management skills
• Proficient in relevant software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional licensure or certification (e.g., PE or SE) is preferred

Responsibilities

• All aspects of design in structural engineering with a focus on Industrial Building projects.
• Preparation of design sketches and details for drafting by technical staff and overseeing the design development and documentation.
• Liaising with and coordinating various stakeholders including clients, local government, and authorities
• Meet our client expectations of projects being delivered on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
• Participate in meetings to discuss project progress and requirements.
