Seeking a driven and passionate person for a fast-track path into Project Management. Working closely with senior managers, you will learn all facets of steel fabrication and play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s growth and development.

The role

Assisting senior managers in overseeing and managing projects from start to finish.
Collaborating with clients to ensure project requirements are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders by providing regular updates and reports.
Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on time.
Attending site visits as needed to supervise and assist in construction-related issues.

About you

A degree in engineering is essential for this position.
1+ year of contract admin/estimation experience is preferred.
A background in steel structures or the steel fabrication industry is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a team environment, follow direction, and perform well under pressure.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time management skills are imperative.
Needs to be adaptable and flexible, as each project and client is unique.
